There's just something in her that compels her to pour out love on babies. especially her sisters.
The evening after we had first announced that we were expecting another baby, Selah came up to me. sat on my lap out of the blue. and started to introduce herself to the newest baby.

So I'm not surprised that she has been all too "willing" (begging is the more appropriate word) to hold Raquel for lengthy amounts of time.

Just watching her sleep. Cuddling up with her. Examining all the little curves of Raquel's face.

Selah's newest thing is coming up to Raquel, balling her fists up real tight, and saying "I just want to SQUEEEEZEEE her!"
I have absolutely no idea where she got that from. *grin/wink*

Not a day goes by that I don't feel completely blessed to have been given the honor of raising five girls. sisters who are already friends. little women who will get to go through life together.

I think this picture says it all. For I'm thinking my daughters will be holding each other's hands, whether literally or figuratively, for years to come.
And I get to be the one to watch. Up close and personal.
