I love the four seasons. I love how Spring has lots of rain and budding flowers. I love how Summer brings heat and trips to the beach. I so anticipate Fall when there's just a hint of chill in the air. And I love Winter...where everything is covered in white.
Only it's not.
This is what our Winter days have looked like recently...
And if a picture is worth a thousand words, I'm thinking the above picture can be adequately summed up with only one: Spring.The girls are loving it. Because they're finally being released from their prison term of Housebound. let loose to play in these Spring-like temperatures.
"Make sure to get a picture of me coming down the slide!"They both wanted to document this new-found freedom into the Wild Outdoors. playing on their backyard playground.
Even Lani was enjoying it. *chubby cheeks and all*
Raegan, who is battling a sinus sickness, was running around like a crazy lady. Of course, she's not so sick as to lose her ability to own the word "Coy"...as can be seen in the way she wouldn't let me take a picture of her on the swing. ;)
But I have to admit, even though I really really really want to have The Blizzard of '09, I am torn.
Because when I see the three biggest girls playing together like they're the best of friends, it warms my heart.
Not that my heart (or body for that matter) need to be warmed. as this 65+ degree Winter weather has already taken care of that.
